Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (if you have it...because we don't always!)
- 1/2 cut softened butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 4 ripe bananas...or whatever you have on hand
- 1 tsp vanilla (to be honest - this has been left out before and it still turns our good :-)
Directions:
- mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon) and set aside
- use a mixer to beat the butter and the brown sugar together
- add the eggs
- beat in the yogurt, bananas, and vanilla
- add in the dry ingredients and mix
- cook for 60-65 minutes at 350
