Ingredients
1 egg, beaten
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 cup flour
pinch of garlic powder
pinch of paprika
chicken - boneless (we use 5 pieces)
3 Tbsp butter
1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
lemon juice (fresh or refrigerated)
Directions
- Mix the egg and the 1/2 lemon's juice
- In another bowl mix the flour, garlic powder and paprika
- Dip the chicken in the egg mixture - then the flour mixture
- Cook the chicken in a frying pan in the butter until it's golden brown on both sides
- Add the chicken broth and the juice of another lemon (or the refrigerated equivalent) to the pan
- Simmer for about 8 minutes until the chicken is done
